Dakota was born 4/23/2000. He is
from Gale and Cash. His family in Illinois writes:
Dakota is doing great we're really happy with
him. He's truly our third son. He weighs ninety five pounds and is healthy
as a horse. He's an inside dog, kennel trained. He loves cold weather,
snow especially, hates the heat, spoiled rotten, a good family dog.

| "Wally is growing into a very
nice, strong body. He has an unbelievable chest and shoulders. He is
learning his basic commands (sit, stay, come, heel, down) very fast and is
a well-behaved puppy for his age." Here is a photo of him at 6 months
of age.
Below is his Texas brother, Rocks: |

on the Line, AAQ, Open/Am points x Lorken's Hillview Gale Force, SH. Born

Rocks is doing great. I took him for his 9
week checkup today and he weighs 17.8 lbs. He is going to be a BIG BOY. I
may need to get a different dog box. I don't think he is going to fit is
it when he grows up. Vet said he is very healthy. He is busy either
sleeping or terrorizing Schooner. We spent the first week telling the big
dogs to be easy and now we are telling Rocks to be easy. Sure am enjoying
him. Here is is 31 pounds. (Rocks lives in Texas) |

This
is an NFC-AFC Storm's Riptide Star
x Lorken's Hillview Gale Force, SH.
He is a very nice looking gun dog and he lives in Texas.
Another (Wisconsin) owner of a female
pup from this breeding writes, "Randi is an exceptional pleasant dog with
perseverance unmatched by many dogs I've hunted over. I shot just myself
over Randi, 17 Roosters which doesn't include any out of state hunts.
Randi had 15 ducks and 2 geese dropped over her as well... Randi will be
running licensed Derby and SH tests this 1995 season. Randi is doing
exceptionally well on blinds and has the drive to boot." This dog did
come to earn her MH, Licensed Derby points and licensed All Age
Qualified. |
| Here
is an FC-AFC River Oaks Way-Da-Go Rocky x Lorken's Hillview Gale
Force, SH pup.
"The puppy isn't a puppy anymore!
Moose is growing fast and has been a great joy to us. He took 1st place
in a club championship in the puppy class. Our other dog got his GMHR
title in August. We'll send pictures to let you see what a nice dog Moose
has become." Moose lives in Pennsylvania. |

This is Schooner who
lives in Texas. He is an NFC-AFC
Storm's Riptide Star x Lorken's Hillview Gale Force, SH
son.
Schooner earned UKC's Upland Hunter
title last month. He has pasted 6
straight Upland tests and loves them. And this past weekend he became
HRC's newest 500 + point dog. To give you and idea,
there are well over 1,000 HRCH dogs but there are only approximately 125
dogs that have achieved over 500 points. My first dog Cinn earned 645 and
I am very proud of the fact that I
have trained two dogs to that accomplishment.
Schooner and Rocks (above) are owned
by the same person. She is doing some wonderful work with her dogs.
Thanks Janet!
update 12/2002
Schooner has 780 HRCH points and has passed the 4th
series in 2 Grands |
