Ken has done a variety of Elk hunts in Colorado. He has drawn for
black powder, wilderness areas and regular gun season. All trips
have been done without any guides or outfitters. We had horses for
several years and he would take them up as pack animals and in the
wilderness area one had to use a canvas tent and actually cut the logs
with hand saws. It is a rustic hunt that is enjoyable for all.

Ken began Elk hunting in Colorado in 1987 and has made an
annual trip ever since. He has packed into wilderness areas with his
own horses and found the trips to be highly successful and enjoyable.
